I believe that Wastewalker Leggings and Infectious Skitterer Leggings are good available alternatives. As for Rogue specs, all three flavors have diehard fans. The utility, DPS and pure survivability is incredible. Once I leveled her up though, she became my new main and remained so until I unlocked Vulpera.
